Here is a training opportunity in California for this summer and next summer for folks who have GIS experience but do not have much remote sensing experience. This training will provide training in Remote Sensing using ENVI Software from ITT-VIS. These workshops will last a week.
Participants will receive a copy of the ENVI Software, lodging paid for and a small stipend of $200 and a $25.00 dollar a day meal allowance. The initial training will be in Redding, Ca. at Shasta College June 8-12, 2009 forNatural and Cultural Resource Professionals and the second training will be at West Valley College in Saratoga, Ca. for Educators August 3-7 2009.
