In partnership with Law Enforcement Technology staff you will add your knowledge, skills, and abilities to projects that assist law enforcement officers to effectively and more efficiently serve our community. Located in the Law Enforcement Technology Unit, this position will provide a myriad of programming, database, GIS, and web development services and perform needs assessments, statistical and feasibility studies, address planning issues, and assist with research and other data driven projects in a networked environment. Successful candidates will possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or related field. Progressively responsible programming and systems analysis experience. Prefer experience with databases, GIS mapping applications, SQL, Solr, Java, Flex/Flash, Coldfusion, other web development, or programming experience.
