Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Public Administration or any combination thereof. At least 3 years progressively responsible experience, at least 1 year working in data development with land information systems (LIS) and GIS, including strong technical experience with geographic database design, GIS data conversion processes and data analysis. Experience should include: 2 years of hands-on use of GIS software, ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Advanced, ArcGIS Server and associated modules preferred, at least 1 year of project experience demonstrating a basic working knowledge of relational database management systems (Oracle or SQL Server preferred), relational data modeling, and relational database design. 1-2 years experience performing application requirements analysis and/or client/server application development.
