Job Description

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoying working with large scale of data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This will require data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.• Develop queries and visualizations for delivery and GIS information related to the Amazon fulfillment network.
  • Partner with our product management, engineering, and data science teams to build advanced analytics solutions that integrate data from many different sources
  • Partner with product management, engineering and operations teams to define and refine hypotheses and tests
  • Think creatively: Amazon is a place that is permanently pushing the boundaries of the industry. We are not looking for someone that will just estimate models and write analyses. We want someone that will extract insights and provide business recommendations to senior leadership and partner teams
  • Generate Impact: We want someone obsessed with impact. We don’t want a person who is just interested in finding patterns in the data. We want someone that understands how to turn those discoveries into value for our customers every day
