• Develop, maintain and coordinate changes to ODOT’s roadway feature inventory database.
• Oversee a comprehensive program team and the overall accessibility, quality and integrity of linear asset data.
• Coordinate project activities with other agencies, ODOT groups and contractors.
• Develop, document and gain agreement for new processes.
• Ensure data quality and database integrity.
• Create, deliver and coordinate semi-annual Transinfo database freeze and distribution of data layers and datasets.
• Provide data and reports to internal and external partners.
• Perform TransInfo database business administrator duties such as guiding and training customers on TransInfo processes, where to find needed data and best practices for TransInfo data usage.
• Manage and maintain expectations and relationships with customers and business partners.
• Hybrid work options available –currently in the office once a week but may be more and only after training is complete.

Minimum qualifications:
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven (7) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
OR
A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; AND four (4) years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

• Demonstrated experience using ESRI products, especially ArcPro.
• Demonstrated experience providing analytic and policy subject matter expertise on Linear Reference Measurement and Transportation Asset Management.
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional capacity on a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating, preparing and presenting to internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience using software databases and report writing such as Power BI, SQL, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in executing program strategies, process development, documentation and training, organizational change management and an author of white papers for conferences.
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing multiple, conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.
