The City of Hillsboro is pleased to announce that we are seeking an undergraduate or graduate student intern to work in the Transportation Division to assist with the update of the City’s Transportation System Plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in transportation planning and transportation project development. The intern will work with staff to inventory existing transportation data, document existing transportation trends and review transportation modeling results. The intern will also help to develop the scope, schedule and budget of future transportation projects.
The Transportation Division Intern is a temporary part-time 8-20 hour/week internship. Hours can be flexible to adjust for class schedules. Compensation is $15/hour. A Tri-Met pass will be provided.
