About the Position The County is leading the way in data analytics! As the Elections GIS Data Analyst, you’ll collect and conduct detailed statistical and geospatial analysis on datasets from within the Maricopa County Elections Department. Additionally, this position works to build relationships with election agencies from across the nation to compare and contrast similar data points and create benchmarking analysis. This position will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, datasets, maps, and visuals to inform department leadership with the goal of making data-driven decisions. This position works directly with the Maricopa County Election’s Directors and communicates with executives on a regular basis. Selection Procedure The Maricopa County Human Resources Department reserves the right to admit to the selection process only those candidates considered to be the most highly qualified.
