Field Support Associate - GIS Salary $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 Annually Location 1850 SW 170th Ave. Beaverton, OR Job Type Full Time Temporary (Internship) Department Engineering and Operations Job Number 202200029 Description: We are looking for our next Field Support Associate to join our team at TVWD for a limited duration of 3-6 months! The Position: As our Field Support Associate, you will help support the 138 employees who bring safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to nearly 220,000 customers. With our Asset Management team, you will support basic tasks for our GIS department within this role. As our Field Support Associate, you will focus on working with our GIS team to help collect GPS points for water meters and other water system assets. If interested, you will have the opportunity to gain GIS experience performing basic data edits using GPS data you have collected. Throughout your 3-6 months with us, you will have the opportunity to work with GIS mobile and desktop applications and get first-hand experience on how our engineering and operations team works. The working conditions for this position include various weather conditions, ability to walk for extended periods of time, and ability to perform demanding physical tasks including repetitive lifting and kneeling daily. Compensation/Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is $18.00-$22.00, depending on experience. Since this is a 3-6 month limited duration position, no additional benefits will be provided except those required by law.
