Join the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) as an ISS4-GIS Analyst and help expand our budding GIS program. DLCD administers the statewide land use planning program which, for 50 years, has provided planning guidance and technical assistance to cities and counties to help them manage growth and conserve resources. This position will collaborate with DLCD staff to provide GIS support for a range of programs that shape Oregon, including working and natural lands conservation, climate change adaptation, greenhouse gas reduction planning, housing production and affordability, economic development, natural hazard mitigation, transportation and growth management, renewable energy, and more. Minimum Qualifications Three years of information systems experience in Esri GIS technologies (including web based technologies), automated mapping, basic programming, field data collection and report generation. OR Completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND one (1) year of information systems experience in Esri GIS technologies (including web based technologies), automated mapping, basic programming, field data collection and report generation.
