  • Evaluate procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or methodologies to develop complex solutions.
  • Identify, recommend, and assist with implementing improvements to system designs and processing methodologies to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of emerging solutions across client sectors.
  • Embrace learning opportunities from your colleagues, whether it's related to business development, technical skills, or client sectors.
  • Stay open and adaptable to new technologies, methods, and processes.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
  • Knowledge and understanding of local government and/or school district needs and demonstrate initiative and ability to drive change through consensus.
  • Proficiency with GIS and Esri products, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online. Experience with asset management requirements, systems, and Esri utility data models preferred.
  • Knowledge of GIS data structures and spatial data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Project management experience, especially with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
