Description of Job As our new GIS Technician you will be a member of the Broadband Data team that is part of the Colorado Broadband Office which is responsible for the development and implementation of an accurate, web-based, publicly-available geographic inventory of broadband data and services throughout Colorado. In this role you will provide data maintenance, conversion and analysis support for the team’s data development effort. You will contribute to the definition of the new data development process and assessment of the effectiveness and efficacy of this process and develops and populates appropriate database structures for storing and manipulating data products related to enterprise and broadband effort including, where appropriate, supporting GIS web services and an enterprise GIS database for the publishing the data.
