Essential Functions
  • Assists in building geospatial data sets using ArcMap and other tools
  • Runs Business reports in bulk using Business Analyst Online
  • Creates client mapping products following standard procedures and processes
  • Maintains accounting of all orders in order to comply with customer delivery expectations.
  • Records consistent problems areas.
  • Contributes to other projects not specifically noted above, to achieve the goals of the Company.
  • Gains familiarity with a wide variety of documents related to Title and Escrow

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
  • Educational background in GIS
  • Familiarity with ESRI’s products (ArcMap, BAO, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Pro)
  • Experience in working with parcel and other land base mapping data.
  • Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving.
Typical Education
  • Some College Level GIS coursework completed
Typical Range of Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience
