This IT position possesses a high level of skill and experience in GIS systems design, programming, testing, and change management. Development experience with Schnieder, ESRI, or a similar GIS system preferred. Provides business process analysis, and designs that leads to the development of business applications for mainframe, midrange, client servers, Internet and/or PC technologies. Duties include most of the components of application system development, comprehensive report design and development, and development of smaller scale databases on stand-alone platforms, in compliance with IT department standards.
