Position Description Manage all aspects of electronic survey data collection in support of agency-wide initiatives and comprehensive assessments. Responsible for the programming and development of survey instruments for mobile devices; the pilot, refinement and support of electronic surveys; quantitative data collection and analysis; and supervision and training of survey support staff in the use of hardware, software and data collection techniques. Requires collaboration with the business units to identify requirements and formulate survey questionnaires; collaboration with Information Technology on all technical aspects; management of resources and budget; post data analysis and reporting functions; and data management.
