The Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District is hiring a Restoration Program Technician. The District’s Restoration Program is aimed at restoring stream buffers in agriculture areas in the Tualatin Basin. The Restoration Program Technician’s job is to assist with implementation of the program. Duties include, but are not limited to, inventory and evaluation of site conditions; conservation planning that addresses water quality, wildlife habitat, and soil stability; contract preparation; project planning; implementation and management; monitoring and reporting; grant writing; and outreach.
